Tri-Colored Roasted Potatoes

Serves: 4-6 ? | Prep ⏰: 10 min | Cook ⏰: 30-40 min


  • 1 bag of baby tri-color potatoes (or white & red), halved & quartered
  • EVOO (extra virgin olive oil)
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • ½ Tbs garlic powder (optional)

Cookware: Baking sheet + large mixing bowl + spoon


Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Place potatoes into a large bowl. Drizzle 2-3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil over the potatoes. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon sea salt evenly over the potatoes and combine well.

Pour the potatoes onto your baking sheet and place on the middle rack of your oven. Bake 35-45 minutes or until desired crispiness.

NOTE:  For a no salt version substitute with ½ Tbs garlic powder.
